GETIN Bank’s mission and strategy

It is our mission to provide our clients full access to simple and modern financial products. Our actions are based on this principle:

“Many ways, one bank – GETIN Bank”.

It means that our products are available through many sales channels: in GETIN Bank establishments, through a qualified agents network and soon through the internet.

We are a popular retail bank focused on individual clients, people who run enterprises, small and medium enterprises, local government and farmers.

GETIN Bank realises this mission through its strategic goals, among them:

  1. Building Clients’ trust and loyalty through constant improvement of service quality. GETIN Bank means:
    • Understanding clients’ needs
    • Simple procedures
    • Qualified advisors
  2. Continual expansion of the Bank’s products and services with attractive products, including:
    • Mortgage and housing loans, offered as “HomeBank – simply mortgage”: simplified procedures, flexible loan granting policy.
    • Car loans: full availability there, where you make purchase decisions, i.e. at an agent’s and at car dealers.
  3. Cash loans: as few formalities as possible, as available as possible.
  4. Deposit offer: individualised, fitted to clients’ needs, competitive to other offers.
    • Development of establishment Bank network
      • Including in the network of 27 branches of Bank Przemysłowy w Łodzi (Łódź Industrial Bank), which was taken over by GETIN Bank.
      • Launching about 30 model GETIN Bank establishments in large and medium-sized towns in 2005.
    • Development of modern distribution channels, such as:
      • e-banking
